Kick Boxing

Our kick boxing classes are a full body workout, guaranteed to leave you sweating.  Using a combination of kickboxing, yoga, pilates, boxing, and traditional strength training.  Ryan Dennis has over 20 years of martial arts experience and will put you through the same workout he uses himself too prepare for fights and competition karate.  Classes are 3 times a week, lasting a hour each.
